The 20 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning. Enjoy the shared outdoor space with a garden and open terrace. The property is located close to the beach. Free parking is available on the street. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and celebrating events are not allowed. We are not described as a Pet Friendly accommodation, however, based on prior notice we accept small animals.
We are not responsible for food, animal care, health services or necessary emergencies, with all responsibility being the responsibility of the guardians.
Therefore, we do not charge an extra amount for the animal's stay, but we ask that you contact us to indicate the size of the animal, and in order to give authorization. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Check-ins after 7 PM will incur an additional fee per hour of delay. Bath towels are strictly for in-room use and must not be taken to the beach.
