The 20 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning.
The accommodation does not have windows. Enjoy the shared outdoor space with a garden and open terrace. The property is located close to the beach. Free parking is available on the street. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
More information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting. Yoga classes and massages can be arranged upon request and for a supplement. Check-ins after 7 pm will incur an additional fee per hour of delay. Bath towels are strictly for in-room use and must not be taken to the beach.
A fee will be charged for each towel misused (please confirm rates with the host). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. We are not described as a Pet Friendly accommodation, however, based on prior notice we accept small animals. We provide an outdoor space where we have bowls for water, food and a litter box for cats, without offering special comfort conditions.
We are not responsible for food, animal care, health services or necessary emergencies, with all responsibility being the responsibility of the guardians.
