Located in a luxury residence, its proximity to the hypercenter makes it an ideal place to enjoy Caen, its shops, and its marina, all while being quiet. This superb studio is perfect for a romantic getaway, with friends, or even for a business trip.


The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator). Fully furnished, very bright, and without vis-à-vis, it includes

- An open space with a living room / kitchen / bedroom area with UHD TV, dining table, workspace, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, plenty of storage, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc.

- The sleeping area is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm)

- A spacious bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet, and storage.


Linen and bedding are provided in the rental.


High-speed fiber optic internet WIFI connection is freely available to our guests.


You will find everything you need to feel at home.


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.



##Access


Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The keys to the accommodation will be handed over to you upon arrival. Secure access via intercom.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

Caen's marina is a welcoming and relaxing neighborhood. Well served by the train station, tram, and city buses, it is an ideal base for enjoying the region and the city. You will find many quality restaurants as well as local shops.

📅 Arrival and departure times
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM

- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM


⏳ Need flexibility?

- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.

- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).


⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.


🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

- No parties allowed

- Strictly non-smoking accommodation

- Pets are not allowed

- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.

- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
