On the 3rd floor of a luxury residence, you'll have everything you need in the immediate vicinity. It features a modern shower room with walk-in shower, a fully-equipped semi-enclosed kitchen and a spacious living room opening onto a terrace with unobstructed sea views. Private underground parking is a real asset! ## Access You'll have private access to the entire apartment, its terrace and parking lot. ## Interaction Our team is at your disposal to make your stay a pleasant one. ## Neighborhood Juan les Pins is a popular seaside resort on the Côte d'Azur.
You'll be staying in the most sought-after area, close to the port, sandy beaches, bars and restaurants.
You'll be at the start of Cap d'Antibes, famous for its crystal-clear waters. ## Transit The train station is just 200 m away, and there are numerous buses to Juan Les Pins. If you come by car, you'll have your own private parking space. ## Notes After making your reservation, you will be offered cancellation insurance.
If you take out this insurance, you will be reimbursed for cancellation fees should you unfortunately have to cancel. This option is, of course, optional.

Simply lovely … unfortunately some construction works going on directly on the beach but that couldn’t be helped and not down to the host … all was perfect for our stay and they accommodated us earlier than the normal checking in time ❤️

Positive:
Very nicely located apartment. Both pros and cons though. Quite a bit of traffic noise carried in. Beautiful view for morning coffee. A bit of construction work during my stay though.
Overall very nice. The insurance security booking was a bit of a negative surprise.
