The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Ca'Savio holiday resort and is an ideal place for a seaside holiday on the Cavallino coast and a good starting point for boat trips to Venice and the lagoon islands.

The heart of the Ca'Savio holiday resort is the large children's pool with the colourful pirate ship and the water slide.

The spacious bathing area is divided into two areas.

Those who wish to enjoy peace and quiet can visit the wellness pools.

To ensure you don't get bored on holiday, the holiday resort has an entertainment team for adults and a mini-club/animation for children.

Furthermore, a great playground, mini-golf, a wide variety of sports, as well as restaurants, an ice cream parlour, a bicycle rental and a supermarket are available.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. The modern Happy Premium Suite mobile home is bright and friendly and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator (small freezer compartment), a 4-burner gas hob, sink, cutlery, crockery, pots, microwave and filter coffee machine.

The living area has 2 Bluetooth speakers and a USB port.

Mosquito nets are also fitted to the bedroom and living room windows.

The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower, a mirror and a hairdryer, and the toilet is separate.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, 2 loungers/sunbeds, a hanging chair invites you to relax comfortably, while the children can romp around on the playground or by the pool.

Breakfast or half-board can be booked on site upon request.

A parking space is included.

A small electric grill is available.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH The Ca’Savio holiday resort is located directly on the sea and has a fine sandy beach almost 1 km long.

The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.

Daily cleaning of the beach and lifeguard service ensure pleasant and cheerful bathing days by the sea.

You can play beach volleyball, rent a pedal boat nearby or make yourself comfortable on your own lounger.

If you have forgotten your lounger or parasol at home, you will find a selection of loungers and parasols for sale in the holiday village bazaar. POOL The Ca' Savio holiday resort offers guests spacious swimming pool facilities for children and adults in 2 different areas of the holiday village.

In the swimming pools next to the restaurant, children can play on the pirate ship or on the slides.

The second swimming pool is located in the pine forest.

Here you can relax and enjoy close contact with nature.

Both pool areas are equipped with a lifeguard service. FAMILY FRIENDLY The mini-club organises a fun and entertainment programme daily for children aged 5 to 12 years under the supervision of trained animators.

The little guests of Ca'Savio can, for example, participate in drawing competitions, play mini-golf and table football, build sandcastles and play outdoors on the specially designed playgrounds.

In the evenings, children can have fun dancing under the guidance of the animation team to the rhythm of the music at Baby Dance (open-air stage).

The animation team's magical and varied shows offer plenty to marvel at. LEISURE AND SPORTS A multi-sport court with mini-tennis and mini-football awaits you.

Regular sports tournaments strengthen friendships among holidaymakers.

Test your strength in table tennis, beach volleyball or football.

Various activities such as yoga, stretching, aqua aerobics as well as boccia, table tennis and table football tournaments are organised for teenagers (from 12 years) and adults.

Children especially have a lot of fun playing mini-golf.

Nearby the resort, there is a well-maintained tennis and golf course.

Horse riding is also possible. SHOPPING In the supermarket you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, some gluten-free products and other groceries.

The resort also has a bazaar with tobacco, newspapers and souvenirs. CATERING The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots.

Directly on the site, you will find a grocery store, bars for snacks and drinks, and a restaurant.

Here you can enjoy traditional Italian specialities such as pizza and pasta.

If you prefer to opt for half-board, you can book it on site (no prior registration required). PETS Pets are NOT allowed. SPECIAL Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodations are checked afterwards to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at €50.
