On the second floor is the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom without shower.
On the second floor is the kitchen area with dining room, laundry room and terrace with shower compartment.
The property has air conditioning and solar thermal system for domestic water.
Ideal for families or groups of business people.
Located 50 meters from the beach 15 minutes from Taormina and Giardini Naxos 25 minutes from Catania and Messina, 50 minutes from Etna Volcano and Syracuse 2 hours and 30 minutes from Palermo.
The bus stop is on the adjacent street; the station is within walking distance.
Transfers for a fee to/from the airport of Catania, Palermo, Comiso to/from the port of Catania, Messina, Palermo, Ragusa.
