Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the premises due to the presence of animals in the area that may enter the garden.
The following are strictly not allowed in the villa under any circumstances: - Pets - Smoking or vaping - Parties or gatherings - Any event hosting more than four people besides the registered guests Please note: Due to safety concerns, the property is not suitable for children under the age of 7.
