This charming 55 m² flat in Montpellier can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
- 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Montpellier, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Public transport :
- By car : you can park in the streets near the flat (paid parking).
- Tram and bus stops near the flat
- Nearest train station: Montpellier, 1 km away (about 7 minutes' walk)
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée 9 km (approx. 15 mins by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.

Easy to get around the centre ville. Accommodation was pretty much as described. Multitudinous confusion with communications (undelivered texts & emails; not sure how or where the breakdown occurred) checking in and unavailable wifi. The owners and host/representative were very nice once we connected, but very stressful arrival.

We had a nice stay at the apartment. It was very well located which is definitely the big + of this apartment. It was cute and good enough for a short stay but it could benefit of some renovation as it looks like it has seen better days. We nevertheless appreciated our stay and would recommend the place to friends for a lovely weekend in Montpellier.

Logement conforme aux photos, idéalement situé, très proche de la place de la Comédie. Bon accueil de notre contact, bonne communication et très flexible sur l'horaire d'arrivée.
Appartement ancien, mal isolé par rapport à la chaleur et au bruit. 1 seul ventilateur mais le propriétaire s'est déplacé pour en apporter un autre.
Doutes sur la propreté de certains draps et serviettes...
