Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living area offering a cozy lounge with a sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as a welcoming dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with ease.
From the living room, access the south-facing terrace, where you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility and privacy of the setting.
On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (160x200 cm), one with a double bed (140x200 cm), and two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together as needed.
A bathroom with a bathtub and vanity, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor.
The second floor features a refined master suite, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a luxurious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a dressing room.
Finally, in the basement, a relaxation area with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) offers additional sleeping space or a perfect place to unwind.

Très beau point de chute pour visiter l'Alsace.
A deux pas du vieux Colmar.
La maison est très bien agencée, bonne literie, 2 places de parking privatif, le petit jacuzzi bien chaud dès votre arrivée. Le top.

Grosses Ferienhaus das alles hält, was es verspricht. Es ist sehr geräumig - wir waren 9 Personen - die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sehr sauber.
Es hat alles perfekt geklappt, wir können nur 5 Sterne vergeben und eine Empfehlung aussprechen. ☺️
Wir werden sicher Wiederholungstäter werden.
