The villa Mar in Playa Blanca is the perfect accommodation for an stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
On top of that, a table tennis table and a pool table are also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The property has an exterior staircase that connects the main floor with the lower floor. This villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool (that can be heated for an extra fee), garden, terrace, balcony, and barbecue.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace.
Additionally, the villa features a private heated indoor pool. The property is located close to the beach. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. It is strictly prohibited to throw a party and/or bachelor/ette parties on the property.
In case a party is detected, the rental contract will be terminated for violating the house rules. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has light and water-saving features. There is an alarm with a security camera at the entrance of the property which has a cover.
