Schöne ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Das Bett ist bequem. Die TV Anlage ist modern. Die Abwicklung war freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil sehr alt (Ausnahme Fernseher und TV-Möbel), vor Allem in Küche und Bad sehr einfach. Insgesamt starker Renovierungsbedarf. Im Bad riecht es trotz Lüften immer leicht muffig. Dritter Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, das hätte man erwähnen müssen. Für die Qualität zu teuer.

Tolle gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist vor allem der Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick in die Berge.
