The holiday apartment "Case Vacanza Armando Mono Lipari" is set just 30 m from the beach in Lipari.
The 32 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine.
A high chair is also available. This apartment features a private balcony.
Guests also enjoy direct access to a shared outdoor area with a lush garden, an open terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
Moreover, there is an opportunity to use a gym which is set approx. 800 m from the apartment (for a daily fee). The nearby area offers all essential services: a bar, a pizzeria, a supermarket, a diner, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and public transport links.
Moorings are approx. 300 m from the apartment. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, inviting unregistered guests without notifying the property administration, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to provide the host with the necessary documents at least 2 days before their arrival. Upon check-in, guests will receive the keys to their reserved apartment and have the option to settle the total cost of additional services per person (one-time payment) using either cash or credit card.
