You will find our beautiful vacation apartment in the heart of the Saarland.
More precisely in the Illinger district Hirzweiler, a beautiful place with about 1500 inhabitants.
We offer you a modern vacation apartment (on the edge of the forest) with approx. 70 square meters of living space in a quiet location (south side), with a separate entrance at ground level. The apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The living and lounge area is very large.
An ideal starting point for excursions in the region.
If you love nature and value modern and cozy accommodation during your vacation, our vacation apartment is just right for you.
The house is located directly on the edge of the forest No through traffic, current information material is available for you. In the village itself there is a bakery and a pizzeria. Numerous hiking trails in the region invite you to go hiking and cycling, ideal for dog owners. Parking space at the house. Local recreation area,Hirzweiler is a district of the municipality of Illingen, in the middle of the rose district of Neunkirchen, on the edge of the Saar Hunsrück Nature Park.
The mid-mountain landscape is ideal for hiking, cycling and excursions in the surrounding area, as well as in the Nahe border region to France and Luxembourg.
New in Hirzweiler is the theme trail 'Around the cattle'.
The Bostalsee and Losheimerstausee lakes are also popular destinations for excursions, and here is a brief excerpt from the rich repertoire of sights in the Illingen area: Beaver cycle path around Illingen, Finkenrech environmental and leisure center, Kerpen - Illingen castle complex, mountain chapel, Dominus Mundi statue, Neunkirchen zoo, Saarbrücken zoo, Illingen indoor swimming pool, Illingen outdoor swimming pool, Tholey and Saarbrücken fun pools, 'Brunnenpfad' premium hiking trail, and much, much more. Cultural excursion destinations include the prehistoric Gondwana Park, the Völklingen Ironworks World Heritage Site and the Saar Loop near Mettlach, to name just a few examples. Golf: One of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany is located in Sankt Wendel. Our house/apartment is in a quiet residential area.
