The 52 m² accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (box-spring bed) and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and thus offers space for 3 people.
It is also equipped with high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls), underfloor heating, wood heating and 2 televisions. The holiday flat offers access to a small outdoor area, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. The property has a roofed storage facility only suitable for bicycles and used by all residents. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Die Gastfreundschaft steht dort an erster Stelle…Viele Infos rundum der Ferienwohnung.-und Ausflugsziele wurden in Infomappen super dargestellt.Des Weiteren bekommt man eine kleine Weinverkostung zur Begrüßung.-das sind einfach tolle Akzente.Macht weiter so.-wir kommen definitiv wieder…Ganz liebe Grüße aus dem Ruhrpott.

A very comfortable, wel equipped ground floor apartment in a beautiful area. Highly suitable for walks and hikes, a bit less suitable for cyclists who still go by their own power. And last but not least: a very kind host who even takes care of fresh bread and buns in the morning. Ankunftsdatum - 23. Juni 2024
