Villa Paloma is located in the residential area of Amerador, near El Campello.
Amerador is a quiet neighborhood where both locals and foreigners live year-round.
Upon entering the property, you will find a private 8 x 4 m pool and a large terrace that enjoys sun all day.
There are also two covered terraces next to the house, one with a gas barbecue, which guests greatly appreciate.
The house has a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen and island, perfect for family time.
On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony with sea views.
Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are provided.
High chairs and cots for babies are available free of charge upon request.
Extra beds can be added upon request for an additional fee.
The property offers parking spaces on the plot and air conditioning.
Cala Amerador is just 350 m away, the supermarket and restaurants are 900 m away, and the tram stop (Parada Amerador) is 300 m away, with connections to Alicante and Benidorm.
El Campello center is 3 km away, Alicante is 17 km, and Alicante airport is 30 km away.
Normal electricity use up to 20 kWh/day is included.
If this is exceeded, an extra charge applies.
A security deposit will be requested on arrival to cover possible additional electricity consumption.

Alicante og omegn.
Boligens swimming pool lever ikke op til en standard, der modsvarer boligens lejepris. Både bund og sider er i en ringe forfatning. Adskillige mosaik sten var faldet af og lå på bunden af bassinet. Derudover mangler der ca. 30 cm vand i bassinet ved vores ankomst.
