This spacious stone rustico (a former antique chestnut mill) lies at the beginning of the Garfagnana, only 6km from the important spa resort of Bagni di Lucca and 35 km from the city of Lucca. The house disposes of a big garden, about 5000 sqm, of which 20 sqm are fenced for eventual domestic animals.

There is a private swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella, table and chairs, barbeque and pizza oven at the guests’ disposal.

There is a small cottage on the property in which the owners spend from time to time a weekend in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden. There is a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco, views onto the garden and the pool.

The house disposes of WiFi, but as it is located within the woods, the connection is not always stable. Guests can have magnificent strolls to the nearby small villages of Montefegatesi, S.
