The apartment is located on the 16th and top floor of one of Strasbourg's famous Black Swans towers (a major real estate development), accessible by elevator, and can accommodate 2 people.
You can also watch the magnificent sunsets from the large terrace.
The apartment is composed as follows: - A beautiful living room with a double bed (140x200), a dining table for your meals or which can be used as an office for your work. - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with microwave, toaster, oven, coffee machine, induction hob, dishwasher and cutlery. - A clean bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washbasin, iron, ironing board and toilet. - A large balcony running along the side of the studio The neighborhood: Located in the 16th arrondissement, you'll find the "Carrefour City" supermarket and the "l'atelier 16" bakery close to the studio.
Transportation: - Tramway C or E, "Winston Churchill" stop 2 min away - Tramway A or D, "Etoile Bourse" stop 6 min away - Tramway E leads directly to the European institutions, tramway C leads directly to Strasbourg train station. - The low-cost bus station is a 6-minute walk away.
Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the apartment - The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
Access to accommodation is from 4pm.
Keys can be collected from a key box in the building.

🙂 Die Aussicht vom 16.Stock ist ausserordentlich. Aber auch der Wind auf der Terrasse wenn es unten brütend heiss wird. Die Architektur der Hochhäuser ist sehr interessant.

Bassin d'Austerlitz "Schönes Apartment,
Mega Lage am Fluss im 16. Stock.
Gute Restaurants vor der Tür.
Hat alles super geklappt.
Ja es waren ein,zwei Spinnen in der Wohnung aber das liegt an der Gitterfassade des Gebäudes diese ist voll davon. Halb so wild.
Lässt sich aushalten dort ????"
