Villa Madeleine is a completely independent house located on a large enclosed estate, ideal for a stay between the sea and the mountains.
Spacious and comfortable, it offers a bright living-dining room that opens onto a large terrace through wide glass doors.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare your meals.
Two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds provide a pleasant space to rest.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate.
A small covered terrace completes the relaxation areas. Outside, you will enjoy a large fenced garden accessible through a gate, with private parking for two to three vehicles.
A ping-pong table is available, as well as a charcoal barbecue for convivial meals.
Pets are welcome. The villa is located in a peaceful, rural setting, yet close to many points of interest: typical hilltop villages, Lake Saint-Cassien, the Verdon Gorges, as well as Cannes, Grasse, Nice, or Monaco.
Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about fifteen minutes away on foot. Committed to an eco-friendly approach, the property produces part of its electricity with photovoltaic panels.
The single-level interior is easily accessible, and instructions are provided to facilitate waste sorting. Finally, you will find nearby Provençal markets rich in local products: olive oil, olives, goat cheeses, and the famous socca, a chickpea pancake to enjoy as an aperitif.
