The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. The property has a step-free interior. Childcare is available. An elevator is available in the building. An electric vehicle charging station is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
