Come and relax in our large 250m² Breton property, in a peaceful seaside setting.
The beach is at the end of the garden.
You'll enjoy breathtaking sea views everywhere.
Located at the very end of a wild peninsula, Kermohic is the ideal base for exploring the Cotes d'Armor.
Shops 3 minutes away by car. Maximum comfort: large open-plan living room, 6000m2 garden, large sofa, wifi throughout, home cinema, fireplace, BBQ, 2 large fridges, connected food processor, raclette, wine cellar, SodaStream, waffle, pizza oven... The master bedroom: beautiful upstairs bedroom, 20m², very bright with panoramic sea and garden views.
Bed 180x200. For seclusion or teleworking: wifi, electric desk, armchair, flat-screen TV. En-suite WC and bathroom. The 30m² "master" suite is in contemporary Breton style, with a queen-size bed (160x200), private toilet and bathroom, and sea view.
A third large bedroom on the ground floor, accessible from the main entrance, is Zen in style.
It has its own shower room, laundry room (with washing machine + dryer) and 2 WCs. Here too, relaxing sea views and a king-size bed (180x200). A cozier 4th bedroom, on the first floor, measuring 18m², with a queen-size bed (160x200), sea view and view of the surrounding greenery: ideal for a romantic lunch... The 5th bedroom is also upstairs, with 4 beds 90x200. Access to the beach in a swimsuit is directly from the house, which will delight fishermen, swimmers, kayakers, divers, photographers and other young beachcombers! Parking for 6 cars directly on the property. Explore the region: Mont St Michel 2 hours away, côte de Granit Rose, GR34 in front of the villa, all water sports, cycling, golf, horse riding.
Nearby: the island of Bréhat, Paimpol and its port, the medieval city of Tréguier, the Valley of the Saints, the wash houses of Pontrieux, the Temple of Lanleff...

Vue magnifique, grande maison très fonctionnelles et agréable. Pas assez de linge de toilette mais concierge très réactif . Merci pour ces superbes vacances
