Located in the heart of Colmar, opposite the Unterlinden Museum, this 96 m² apartment is fully renovated and situated on the first floor (with elevator). Stay in a spacious, fully renovated 96 m² apartment ideally located in the very center of Colmar, opposite the Unterlinden Museum.
Located on the first floor with elevator access, this apartment enjoys a prime central location.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop with range hood, dishwasher, and all necessary dishes and utensils, as well as a dining area and a television.
You will also find a living room with a television and direct access to a balcony overlooking Place Unterlinden. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and vanity unit, as well as a separate toilet. Baby equipment is available, including a cot, high chair, and baby bath. Two underground parking spaces are included, with direct access from the building's elevator.
Please note that access is limited to vehicles under 1.80 m in height (roof boxes are not permitted). The apartment is non-smoking but has an outdoor balcony. Check-in from 4:00 PM Check-out before 9:00 AM Property managed by a professional.

Perfect location directly in the centre of Colmar with a perfect view from the balcony. Appartment was fully stocked, clean and nicely decorated. We loved it!
The couple was very kind but spoke no english. However we managed with a mix of french and german! Something to keep in mind.
