Located in Citta della Pieve, the holiday home Il Loft di Pieve has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as a washing machine. Il Loft di Pieve is located in the historic center, a stone's throw from Vicolo Baciadonne, a narrow alley about 50-70 cm, a romantic destination for couples.
Città della Pieve is a place that retains all its medieval charm, with its districts (Casalino, Borgo Dentro, Castello), the taverns, the Palio, the flower display, the costume performances.
Immersed in the greenery of the Val di Chiana, it was the birthplace of the famous painter Pietro Vannucci, known as il Perugino, of whom it preserves many works.
Also famous for its truffles and saffron Services nearby: hairdresser, beauty salon, minimarket, bars, pubs, restaurants, laundry, emergency room.
The following locations are easily reachable from the property: Perugia, Todi, Spello, Città di Castello, Orvieto, Montalcino, Cortona, Trasimeno Lake. Guests will be welcomed by the hosts Bruno and Cinzia. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
