The 45 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (120x200), a fully equipped kitchen, 1 sleeping area, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 3 adults or couples with children.
For stays with 4 people, please contact the property via the booking platform, as the apartment is especially suited for couples or families with children.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a hot tub. The apartment offers a small private covered veranda, as well as a shared area with a pool and outdoor shower.
The property is close to the beach (800 m), and public transport connections are easily accessible on foot.
Supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, and other services are nearby. Free parking is available in front of the property.
