Information about the host
Welcome to the Alpine National Park Berchtesgaden. Our family-run house in alpine style with offers you both apartments and rooms. The guesthouse is quiet, sunny and yet centrally located in the climatic health resort Schönau am Königssee. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Watzmann and the Berchtesgaden Alps. In only about 5 minutes walk you can reach all important facilities such as shopping, excursions and restaurants. Only about 20 minutes walk away you will find the Haus des Gastes, Gradierwerk with Kneipp facility and other shopping facilities. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. After a short walk of about 5 minutes you can reach the picturesque Königssee with the famous Echo and the pilgrimage church St. Bartholomä as well as the Jenner, which is a popular destination for mountain hikers in summer and the largest skiing area in the Berchtesgadener Land in winter. A few minutes walk from our house is in winter a cross-country ski trail that runs through the entire municipal area.

Arrival Description
You drive from the A8 Munich at Bad Reichenhall(When continuing VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) in the direction of Berchtesgaden train station (traffic circle). From there take the exit towards Königssee on the B20 , until you see a gas station on the left and a Mc Donald's on the right. Turn right on the side of the Mc Donald's. You are now on Schornstraße. After the bridge you will see our house on the left side.

Die Lage des Hauses ist nahegelegen zum Königsee und zur Jennerbahn die Bussanbindung nach Berchdesgaden super und auch nach Salzburg nur eine Stunde Fahrtzeit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig da hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Begrüßung war freundlich die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit wenn man fragen hatte.
Die Kopfkissen im Watzmannzimmer waren sehr dünn und labberig Frühstück könnte man eventuell eine halbe Stunde früher anbieten 8 uhr ist schon recht spät für Frühaufsteher.
Würden wir jederzeit wieder besuchen.
