The 71 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a mini wellness pool (3 x 2 m, 70 cm deep) heated on request, a garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower with hot water.
The property boasts beautiful woodland views—perfect for an aperitif in the garden while admiring the scenery.
Thanks to its hillside location, the house is well-ventilated, making candlelit dinners outdoors especially enjoyable.

La piscine et le patio
Un peu trop de route pour visiter les villes touristiques de Toscane mais c'est le prix à payer aussi pour être dans un endroit paisible et plus au frais que dans la vallée.
