Located in northern Vaucluse, at the gateway to Drôme Provençale, La Coustonne is a spacious, renovated 200 m² country house nestled in a large, fenced, tree-filled park.
It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and their pets, offering a peaceful, spacious, and authentic holiday experience. Just 2 km from the center of Valréas and 300 m from a grocery store, the house is set in the countryside on a dead-end road, ensuring tranquility and safety. The Accommodation The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets (including 1 outside). The private pool (9 x 5 m, depth 0.90 to 2 m, diving area) is open year-round and exclusively for guests. Ground floor: • Large, bright 25 m² veranda • Fully equipped kitchen • Living/dining room with 2 sofas, large-screen TV, DVD player, internet access • 1 bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) • 1 bathroom with washing machine • 1 toilet • Extra freezer and fridge in the adjoining garage First floor: • 1 bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) • 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x 200) • Both bedrooms open onto a terrace and a balcony with summer lounge • 1 bathroom with toilet Second floor (pigeon loft): • 2 twin beds (90 x 200) • 1 TV Outdoors & Amenities • Unheated private pool with outdoor shower • Stone barbecue, garden furniture, benches, loungers, swing, shaded areas • Large fully fenced grounds – ideal for children and pets • Outdoor toilet • 4 bicycles available free of charge • Secure parking inside the property Pets are welcome at La Coustonne!
