The living room, 42sqm, has sitting and dining area, and sofa bed for 1 - 2 persons, children's high chair is available.
A fully equipped kitchen, has a bedroom with two single beds / double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, A bathroom with WC and shower with bathtub. Hand/shower towels included.
The equipment includes telephone, TV, DVD, stereo system, workstation for home office, 4 bicycles, 2 e-bikes.
Washing machine and dryer and a private sauna are available in the basement by arrangement with other guests.
The apartment offers shared access to the garden with barbecue and hut, as well as a lawn with furniture and covered terrace.
E-car charging station, also for e-bikes: energy from your own roof.
Free parking in front of the house.
Organic store, bakery, post office, Aldi, Edeka approx. 300-500m away.
Bus approx. 200m, S-Bahn station Egestorf, located directly at the edge of the forest in approx. 900m. Landscape conservation area, sports and tennis courts are approx. 300m away. Children's playgrounds, barbecue areas, also in the forest.
The Deister and the Calenberger Land offer many leisure activities: Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, also down hill routes and soccer at the NFV.
Attractions such as the Waldbühne, Klosterstollen, Marienburg, monasteries, castles, windmills and watermills, Hanover with its old town, Maschsee lake, zoo, Herrenhausen Gardens, trade fair and airport are easy to reach by car and S-Bahn (S 1; S 2).
The spa towns of Bad Münder, Bad Nenndorf and the half-timbered towns of Springe, Hameln, Rinteln, Stadthagen and Minden are also within easy reach.
