The vacation home "Playa la Arena Sea View" is located in Santiago del Teide and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The accommodation offers a private outdoor space with a balcony, a barbecue and a covered terrace with a stunning view of the adjacent banana plantation. The property is located within a 15-minute walk of a tennis court and between 2 and 3 km from the beaches of Santiago, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior.

Die inmitten von Bananenplantagen gelegene Wohnung ist zu Fuß legal nicht zu erreichen, aus beiden möglichen Richtungen weisen auf den schmalen Wirtschaftswegen Fußgängerverbotsschilder darauf hin. Da die offizielle Plakette an der Hausfassade fehlt, ist es vermutlich nicht offiziell bei der Tourism...
