The vacation home "Playa la Arena Sea View" is located in Santiago del Teide and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The accommodation offers a private outdoor space with a balcony, a barbecue and a covered terrace with a stunning view of the adjacent banana plantation. The property is located within a 15-minute walk of a tennis court and between 2 and 3 km from the beaches of Santiago, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street.
