You will have access to fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, mountain views, heating in every room, self check-in, and a ski storage area.
The location offers easy access to public transport and is right along the Dolomites cycle path. Enjoy a sustainable holiday in the Dolomites: the property is equipped with solar panels that power the charging station for electric cars, allowing you to explore the mountains with zero emissions—a small gesture for the environment without sacrificing comfort. Outside, you can relax on the covered private terrace with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a private balcony with mountain views.
The shared garden at the back of the house offers peace and the chance to observe local wildlife. You will have access to 2 shared parking spaces on site and a shared bike storage area.
One pet is allowed; events are not permitted.
Please respect quiet hours as other families live in the building. The owners live on site but not in the booked apartment.
The property is 200 m from the center, where you will find a well-stocked small supermarket; larger supermarkets are 2 km away.
