Single-storey house with 3 bedrooms and garage, located in the countryside 17 km from Périgueux. Enclosed 2500 m² garden with trees, slide, ping-pong, private pool (not overlooked), 6-person spa available at extra cost, plancha, barbecue, pergola, and summer lounge. Large vegetable garden for homemade cooking, background music of crickets and the occasional cigar.

Eco-friendly, welcoming, and zen house! Enclosed garden, ideal for children, large vegetable garden open to all, which can also be used for cooking workshops. Possibility to enjoy the daily harvest, cooked together or ordered separately.

Countryside home surrounded by greenery and woods, centrally located in the Périgord Blanc area, making it easy to access: caves, castles, parks and gardens, museums, lakes, rivers, amusement parks, picturesque villages, markets, and prehistoric sites.
A89 motorway (Bordeaux/Brive) is 4 km away, the train station 5 km, as well as all shops. Your car will be sheltered in the garage.
The greenway is 2 km away, ideal for walking, biking, skating, or jogging. The river is 1 km away for canoeing. Several hiking trails start from the house.

Baby equipment available on request: high chair, cot, booster seat, stroller, baby walker, baby bathtub. Outdoor toys: badminton, ping-pong, basketball, sandbox, swing, scooters, tricycles, pedal tractors, ride-ons, balls.

The private pool is open from April 15 to October 15 and is not heated. A 6-person hot tub is available for an additional fee.

In July and August, check-out is allowed until 6:00 p.m. on the departure day.

Cleaning is not included in the price: guests must return the property clean, or an extra charge will apply.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Air conditioning is available for an extra fee depending on the length of stay.

I live on the same property in a small house next door, so you’ll likely see me watering the flowers or maintaining the garden and pool.

Eco-responsible house: please use washing machines and dishwashers during off-peak hours (midnight to 8 a.m.) to optimize solar energy use.
Washing machine available only for stays of one week or more, and once a week.

In case of heatwaves, you’re advised to cook in the garage which opens onto the pool, to avoid overheating the house.
