Ferienhaus Seeblick is a small roof-only house in Immenstaad with 53 square meters, with a view of Lake Constance and a parking space in front of the house.
The two-storey accommodation consists of:
- a dining area with cupboard, crockery, cutlery, glasses
- living room, with sofa, satellite TV, radio
- a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster
- dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment
- a bathroom with WC, window, large shower tray, hairdryer
- 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor offer space for 4 people.
Pillows and comforters are provided.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels must be brought along. A baby crib (bedding must be brought along) is available. The equipment also includes WLAN, smoke detectors, children's books and toys, and a high chair is also available. The vacation home has a private garden, an open terrace, garden furniture and parasol as well as a charcoal barbecue, which must be cleaned by the guests themselves. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Lake Constance is a 10-minute walk away and there is a beach and indoor swimming pool (Aquastaad). Public transportation is within walking distance and free of charge with the Echt Bodenseecard. A tennis court and climbing park can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. This accommodation has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly.

Einfaches Häuschen mit Blick auf den See....

Vermieterin super-nett und gut erreichbar...
Check-in / Check-out unkompliziert...
Bäckerei, Restaurant /Pizzeria, Ablegestelle fürs Schiff zu Fuß erreichbar...
Schnuckeliges Örtchen....
Uns fehlte ein Backofen, um Brötchen fürs Frühstück oder mal ne Pizza zu machen.... 😄
Aber das ist Luxus-Gejammer....
Sehr schöne Tage in einem kleinen feinen Häuschen mit tollem Garten.

Die Lage sowie der Garten waren einwandfrei. Sehr zentral gelegen und alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet.
Der Kontakt im Zusammenhang mit dem Haus war sehr freundlich.
