The holiday apartment "Casa Cordemar Alghero" is located in Alghero, 1 minute walk from the beach, and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 adults.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, cable TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings. Within 100 m from the property there is bike and scooter rental facilities, a supermarket, a parapharmacy, several beaches with bathing establishments, public transportation stops, many bars, restaurants, and pizzerias.
The Marina is just 500 m away. Free parking is available on the street. The property is at this time not suitable for children. Pets, smoking, barbecues, and parties are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
