The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden, terrace, and barbecue.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. The property is located close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance.
The Goëlo coast is a 1-minute walk away, and the beaches of Binic and Tournemine are an 8-minute drive away.
The host recommends exploring the museum of Saint-Brieuc, the nautical center of Plérin, Saint-Quay Port d'Armor, and the Zooparc of Trégomeur. Free parking is available on the street.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.
Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access at the entrance.
