The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a game console as well as children's books and toys.
In addition, a table tennis table and a pool table are available for your use. This property features a private outdoor area with a garden and terrace, barbecue, and tennis court nearby. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.
