The holiday flat, newly built in 2023 and furnished in a modern style, consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, as well as 1 guest toilet and a separate kitchen with a cosy dining area.

From the first bedroom, as well as from the living room and the kitchen, you have direct access to the balconies. The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed with spring core.

The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed.

All beds have health mattresses with adjustable spring frames and guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. Special pillows, blankets and covers for allergy sufferers.

All floor coverings are suitable for allergy sufferers ! An in-house free high-speed W-LAN network, a flat-screen TV with SAT-HD-TV and SMART-TV with streaming services as well as a DVD player and a stereo system are of course available.

For your valuables, 2 safes are available in the flat free of charge. The apartment has its own parking spaces directly at the entrance.
