It is located in a small, idyllic village.
The 30 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest WC, and accommodates 2 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Please note that Wi-Fi is available free of charge, but the speed cannot always be guaranteed. Enjoy the private outdoor area with garden and barbecue, which is exclusively available to guests.
Public transport is within walking distance.
Demmin, with a train station, ferry connection, and shopping facilities, is about 6 km away.
Dargun with its monastery and lake is 8 km away.
Greifswald is 42 km away, Stralsund 57 km, the Lubmin beach 60 km, Rostock 74 km, and Rügen 83 km. Parking is available on the property.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted.
The accommodation features a step-free interior and a covered storage area for motorcycles and bicycles.
There are waste separation guidelines, which you will be informed about on site.
The accommodation is equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities. After booking, you will receive a contact form, which you are kindly asked to complete to enable the host to best prepare for your stay.
A small welcome drink is available.
For longer stays and depending on the season, the lawn is mowed once a week.

Gute Überdachung draußen am Garten Tisch und im Fernsehen Mediathek .
Und Gastgeber waren sehr nett
An den Fenstern könnten Fliegengitter sein gerade im Sommer .
Sonst war alles Okay
Alles in allem kann man ohne Bedenken die FeWo buchen ...

Alles relativ neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhig und sauber !!!
Man merkt, dass dort keine Haustiere zugelassen sind.
So ne kleine schmale Spülmaschine hätte da bestimmt noch reingepasst ...
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber.
