The holiday home Con Encanto is located in Puerto de Sóller just a short walk from the beach.
The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
The property is close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance.
In Port de Sóller, shops and restaurants are just 1 minute away, as well as the stop of the electric tram that connects to the village of Sóller.
The nearby area offers beaches and the harbour. A parking space is available in a garage.
Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.
An elevator is available in the building. This is a self-catering property.

Space on balcony to breakfast and sun from 4pm on balcony
we didnt use oven as it required cleaning. air con in ensuite bedroom was noisy, no essential toiletries provided as stated.However the beds were very comfortable. appreciated the beach towels.

Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Ein Taxi zum Flughafen wurde pünktlich bestellt. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort,- immer gern wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.wabrauchtbrauchtum einne
