The property features two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The bright living room includes a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
The kitchen, adjoining the living room, is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a special dinner.
Regarding the bathrooms, the apartment offers two different spaces: In the master bedroom, you will find a bathtub integrated into the room, ideal for unwinding, along with an adjoining bathroom with a washbasin and WC.
There is also a second full bathroom with a shower, practical and convenient.
Finally, the property boasts a charming private patio with a table for four and a stylish vertical garden — the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening.

If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
