- stylish and quiet non-smoking holiday apartment (42 m2) for 2 persons - situated in the largest, beautifully renovated old-housing quarter of Striesen - shops and restaurants are within walking distance - convenient traffic connections to city centre and Pillnitz Palace - separate kitchen with stove, refrigerator (incl. icebox) , coffee mashine - shower /WC - without breakfast (The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)
Cancellation / payment conditions
Terms of payment Please pay the agreed total price in cash upon arrival, plus the lodging tax of 6% of the total price. Cancellation policy Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. We charge 50% up to 14 days before arrival, 80% up to 3 days before arrival and 90% of less than 3 days before arrival. If you do not arrive, we also charge 90% of the agreed total price

* Arrival by car: From motorway A4, exit Dresden-Altstadt, Dresden-Neustadt, Wilder Mann or Hellerau, in direction city center, in direction Transparent VW Factory/ Straßburger Platz, straight on to Comeniusstraße, turn left to Fetscherplatz, turn right into Borsbergstraße (turns into Schandauer Straße) up to Pohlandplatz, take first left turning into Dornblütstrasse * Arrival by public transport: From Hauptbahnhof (main station) take tram 10 (direction Striesen) to stop 'Pohlandplatz' (Schandauer Strasse), walk for about 7 min. and take second street to the left (Dornblüthstraße) after Pohlandplatz

Die Wohnung liegt in dem schönen Stadtteil Striesen.

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Den Parkplatz konnten wir im Grundstück nutzen.
Schöner und gepflegter Altbau. Im Sommer daher angenehm kühl.
