Short Characteristics - quietly situated non-smoking holiday apartment (42m2) for 2-4 persons in Dresden-Neustadt - separate entrance - living-/bedroom, cooking facility, shower/WC/hair-dryer - children are welcome, crib on request - use of barbecue site and garden furniture - bicycles can be hired - without breakfast (The landlord is not liable to VAT.)
