Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance by phone or in writing so we can prepare your check-in individually. On your departure day, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest. This allows us to carefully prepare the accommodation for the next guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Short Characteristics
Our house is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential area near the Grosser Garten (Great Garden) – Dresden's most popular park and a green oasis in the heart of the city. The historic city center, with sights such as the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), the Zwinger Palace, and the Semper Opera House, is only about two kilometers away. Trams and buses are about a three-minute walk away, taking you directly to the Old Town in just eight minutes without changing trains. The building was extensively renovated in 2016 and now offers four lovingly furnished vacation apartments that combine modern comfort with a homely atmosphere. A special feature in our apartments are the therapeutic massage mattresses – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in Dresden. All vacation apartments have a private bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome and are charged EUR10.00 per night. Children up to 12 years old stay for EUR20.00 per night; from 12 years old, the regular adult rate applies. Our holiday apartments at a glance: Apartment 1 – "Sweet Dreams in Three Bedrooms" This spacious basement apartment can accommodate up to five people and features three separate bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Apartment 2 – "Romantic Apartment with Balcony" Located on the first floor, this apartment offers a cozy living area and space for up to five people, as well as a private balcony with a view of the greenery. Apartment 3 – "Cozy, Charming Apartment" Our charming attic apartment is ideal for one or two people. It boasts a warm atmosphere and is perfect for couples or solo travelers. Apartment 4 – "Cozy Apartment in the Attic" This apartment, also located on the top floor, offers a particularly cozy retreat for your stay in Dresden.

Cancellation / payment conditions
Payment is conveniently made in cash upon arrival. For cancellations up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, we charge 50% of the total price as a cancellation fee. For later cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full booking amount. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against potential cancellation costs.

Anreisebeschreibung
Zimmervermietung Rehn is located in a quiet but central location in Dresden, just a few minutes away from the Großer Garten, one of the city's most famous attractions. Our accommodation is easily accessible by both public transport and car. If you are arriving by public transport, you can easily reach us from Dresden Central Station: First, take tram line 3 towards Wilder Mann or line 7 towards Weixdorf and travel to the Pirnaischer Platz stop. There, change to line 1 towards Prohlis or line 2 towards Kleinzschachwitz. The journey takes you about two kilometers along the Großer Garten to the Karcherallee stop. From there, it is only about 200 meters on foot to our house. Simply follow the tram line and you will find Zimmervermietung Rehn on the left-hand side. Current travel times and connections can be found on the Dresden Transport Authority website at www.dvbag.de. For guests arriving by car, the journey is also straightforward. Take the Dresden-Altstadt exit from the A4 motorway and follow the signs towards the city center. Continue to Straßburger Platz, passing the VW Transparent Factory. Then drive along Stübelallee past the Großer Garten park until you reach the end and turn left onto Bertolt-Brecht-Allee. Then take the first right onto Comeniusstraße, the next right onto Tetschener Straße and finally right again onto Stübelallee. Our building is the second on the right-hand side.
