Mountain holidays in ARECHES-BEAUFORT in the Alps in SAVOIE MONT BLANC on the top floor.
Reference: HA3403 - Very spacious apartment, on several levels with a surface area of 100 m². Very bright ensemble given its double exposure (East/West) and these large openings. On the top floor (private landing) of a collective residence of 24 apartments in Hauts d'Arêches (shuttle stop a few meters away in winter during the holidays). Furnished and equipped for 6/7 people. Warm and cozy atmosphere including: an entrance, a corridor leading on one side to a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher opening onto a comfortable living room (TV), and on the other hand a bathroom, a separate toilet, three bedrooms composed as follows:
- a bedroom with two single beds 90
- a bedroom with 1 single bed 90 and 1 double bed 140 giving access to a large balcony/terrace (East)
- a master suite with double bed 160*200 also giving access to the East balcony
with a bathroom/WC and a dressing room
Located 800 m from skiing, 350 m from shops, ski locker - shared laundry room (according to schedule provided by the agency) with washing machine and dryer. Bicycle storage. Wireless
Notes: Pets not allowed (allergy) - Tourist tax extra. Possibility of renting sheets and household linen. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
