The apartments are located in the center of Porto in Portugal, in the most elite and sophisticated area of the Santa Catarina region.
We are 4 minutes from the Café Majestic, the Dom Luís I Bridge on the River Douro, 30 meters from the Capela das Almas (Porto's most photographed tourist attraction) and next to the Bolhão Market.
There are several Michelin-starred restaurants nearby.
The building, next to ancient historical sights, is listed by UNESCO. Other things to bear in mind We have an elevator for two people at a time.
They are on the top floor, each measuring almost 200 m2! They have different layouts despite being the same size! We have heaters and air conditioning in every room, as well as electric sheets.
The master suite has an incredible sunny balcony overlooking the buzz of Santa Catarina! The best location in Porto! We are 12 minutes from the lower Douro River, where we have the main wineries.
We are also close to the famous and beautiful architecture, the Lello bookshop, so you can do everything on foot and enjoy many surprises and delicious things in the safest and most elegant city in the world. - Pets allowed 20EUR per pet per night - All guests will be charged the tourist tax for notifying SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras, the body responsible for border control) at check-in.
