The holiday home Piscine Spa et Sauna Privé, which is situated in Uzemain, overlooks the nearby lake.
The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
In addition, a private sauna, a pool table and gym equipment are available for your use.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This holiday home offers a range of outdoor amenities, including a heated pool, whirlpool, garden, children's pool, open terrace, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower.
Please, note that the pool is optimally heated from April to October.
Unfortunately, during the colder months, heating is not possible due to technical limitations.
In autumn, depending on weather conditions, the water temperature may have difficulty reaching 26°C. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. The property has motorbike, bicycle and ski storage. Pets and smoking are not allowed and loud noises are not allowed after 10 pm. Air conditioning is not available. The property has a step-free interior. Childcare is available. An electric vehicle charging station is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
