The villa "Casablanca" in Montferrer, ideal for nature lovers, is a great choice for a relaxing stay with a mountain view.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 6 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available.
Please note that there are steps leading to the property and throughout the house, including inside.
The property spans three levels and it is also located in a mountainous area so it might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. This villa offers a private outdoor space with a pool, a garden, open and covered terraces, a barbecue, and a playground.
The pool is usable in July and August but availability is subject to weather conditions and needs to be confirmed by the host outside that period. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and 10 parking spaces are available in the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted on this property. Air conditioning is not available. Concierge service, breakfast, a barbecue basket, and a basket with local produce are available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Oven in de keuken was heel lang niet schoongemaakt net zoals de barbecue.
Slaapkamer stonk enorm muf.
Overal buiten losse planken
Buiten zwembad niet verwarmd was ijskoud.

La casa es muy acogedora pero ademas tiene una zona exterior privada con un jacuzzi genial.
Los propietarios muy atentos y serviciales
Las chimeneas muy bien pero no el sistema de calefaccion del resto de estancias.
