Located in Champdepraz, Maison Lorent is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and nature in Valle d’Aosta, with stunning panoramic views of the Alps.
The 96 m² apartment features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, heating, and washing machine.
Families will also find a crib and high chair available. The property offers a private outdoor area with 3 balconies, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Alpine scenery.
Guests can use a shared tennis court just a 2-minute walk from the house. The location is convenient for exploring the area: supermarkets nearby, Verrès and Issogne Castles 4 km away, Chalamy stream 7.5 km (great for canyoning), Mont Avic Natural Park 10 km, and the impressive Fort Bard 11 km away.
Major ski resorts are reachable in about 30–40 minutes by car, and public transport links are just steps from the apartment. There are 5 parking spaces on the property.
Shuttle service to the train station is available for an extra fee. Up to 2 pets are allowed (please keep them off beds and sofas). Air conditioning is not available.
Smoking and events are not permitted.
The property uses energy-saving lighting and provides instructions for proper waste separation.
