Between the house and pool, there’s a pergola with a table and chairs, plus another dining area on the covered terrace, both with sea views.
Inside, the villa features a large living-dining room with open kitchen, four bedrooms (beds: 6 beds 90 × 190 cm, one 180 × 190 cm), and two bathrooms.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Towels, bed linen, and beach towels are provided.
High chairs and cots are available on request at no extra cost.
On request, two extra beds can be added for an additional charge.
In winter, the pool can be heated to about 29 °C for an additional charge. – Tram stop Venta La Nuza: 500 m (connections to El Campello, Alicante, Benidorm, Dénia). – Small supermarket: 750 m; larger supermarkets: 2.5 km. – Cala Lanuza sandy beach: 400 m, with several nearby restaurants. – El Campello: 9 km. – Villajoyosa: 10 km. – Benidorm: 17 km. – Alicante: 22 km. – Alicante Airport: 35 km.
