Explore the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This flat sleeps 5 people and is located on the 2nd floor (no lift).
The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed.
The flat is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Senseo coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and tea towels.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 10-minute walk away.
Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path all the way round the lake). 🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street.
Parking is available in the neighbouring streets (pay-and-display during the day but free in the evenings and on Sundays) or at the Sainte Claire underground car park, which offers parking passes. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 per person per day. Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living. Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Check-in is available every day from 4 pm on a self-service basis. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’ll be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself. L'emplacement en plein coeur de ville, bien chauffé en hiver. Une raclette.
Manque de quelques accessoires du quotidien : pas de savon ni gel douche, plus de liquide vaisselle, seulement 3 pastilles lave-vaisselle, pas de nappe ou sets de table, pas de serviettes de table ou papier essuie-tout, pas de rallonge (pour utiliser à table la raclette, le grille-pain), pas de louc...
