The 69 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, radiators in all rooms, air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. Public transport links are located within walking distance. The property is located next to a public car park; free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am. An elevator is available in the building.
