The apartment "Balko Family" is located in Arnsberg and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones.
The 53 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (king size bed) and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 3 people.
The equipment also includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV with DVD player, heating, a game console and children's books and toys.
A baby crib and high chair are also available. The vacation home is located in the basement and features a private garden and an open terrace.
The accommodation also offers access to a shared outdoor area with a barbecue. The accommodation offers a great location close to the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, Herdringen Open Air Theatre, Fort Fun Amusement Park, Nass Leisure Pool and the Wild Forest in Vosswinkel.
In addition, public transport is within walking distance. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, additional free parking is available on the street (public). Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 10pm and 6am. The accommodation has a step-free indoor area. The accommodation has guidelines to help guests with proper waste separation - more information is available on site. The accommodation is light and water efficient. The electricity in this accommodation is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. Tolle Ferienwohnung, alles da was man im Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage und der Garten war wunderschön.
